The Grateful Solution

Whenever you might feel sad or unsettled it can be very helpful to start being thankful. This is also useful sometimes when a friend or relative might be discouraged.
Being thankful can start with the stuff that’s always steady: God’s continuous love for you, a beautiful sunrise o sunset, chirping birds and lots more!
I’d also suggest that you consider some personal things in your life for which you could be grateful – a car that runs, an enjoyable book, an enjoyable conversation.
