Quick Health Tips

There is lots of talk about being healthy with our eating, exercise, sleep, etc. Personally, I can get overwhelmed with all of the info & trends flying around so I thought I’d make an EXTREMELY short list of essentials:
Physical body: drink primarily water & eat fresh
Relationships: forgive & forgive some more
Spiritual: daily Bible time, prayer & community / church

What else would you suggest?

Just like in baseball – pretty simple YOU throw the ball, hit the ball, and catch the ball. Haha
Jesus boiled it down into 2 simple rules – Love God – Love your neighbor Smile after that then it’s all law or was that instructions. Hmmmmm

I agree that we should forgive our offenders, but you certainly don’t have to hang out with repeat offenders who don’t value you. That would be not respecting yourself. It’s up to you to set boundaries and limits of what someone can and can’t get away with.

I love it KEEP IT SIMPLE !!!
I would add exercise, rest physically, mentally and spiritually and laugh daily. A merry heart is just like medicine !
