Good spare ball
Have used it a couple of times now and I love it. Especially since it's drilled the way I need it to be. My strike balls were fingertip but my spare was regular. Swapped it out for this one and wow. Picking up spares I never thought I could. Love it

Cracked on first game bowled!
Nice-looking ball, and if you're looking for a great straight-tracking spare ball, this is it......unless you wish to use it for more than one game. By the end of my very first game bowling with this, I was impressed, until I saw the cracks going in three different directions. I'll be contacting customer service to see how well they handle this. But Columbia should be ashamed for putting out a ball that can't even last through one game. I'm a 67-year-old female, so it's not like I'm throwing it at 30 miles an hour!

Answer:
Hi John, this ball has a plastic coverstock so it will not collect oil and debris like a reactive ball will, but you can use a cleaner to remove any belt marks.
